The GQC Foundation is twelve permanent staff across three offices, supported by a network of seasonal programme leaders, mentors and showcase producers. We hire infrequently and well. Open roles are listed below; we keep the list short and honest.
Currently hiring.
Three rounds, no take-homes longer than two hours.
For permanent roles we run a written task (capped at two hours), an interview with the relevant director, and a final panel with two members of the academic council. We tell candidates exactly what we are looking for in advance and we give written feedback to every shortlisted candidate.
We are signed up to the Show The Salary commitment; pay bands are published in every role description. We do not ask candidates for current salary.
